File and Folder Backup - Simply select the folders that you want to backup, apply any filtering criteria to include and exclude files, and Reflect will create a compressed backup file that can be restored directly or browsed using Windows Explorer. You can create full, differential and incremental backups to optimize backup speed and disk space requirements.
Disk Imaging - You can create an accurate and reliable Image of your hard disk or partitions on your disk. Using this image you can restore the entire disk, partition or individual files and folders in the event of a partial or complete system loss. You can create full, differential and incremental images to optimize backup speed and disk space requirements. Images can be stored on local or network drives, CD or DVD media, and removable drives connected using USB or Firewire (IEEE1394).
VBScript and MS-DOS Batch file support - Backup definitions can be stored as XML files that can be accessed by Reflect to provide powerful batch and scheduling processing using VBScript or MS DOS batch files. Reflect™ includes a powerful VBScript generator that automatically creates Windows Scripting Host (WScript ) VBScript files for ultimate control over the backup procedure.
Recovery - Linux or Vista - In the event of a total loss of the Windows operating system your PC can be started using the Reflect™ recovery CD. This CD starts either a compact version of the Linux operating system with a familiar mouse and graphical interface OR a *Windows PE (Vista) based CD with additional functionality. You can then recover partitions, entire disk images or individual files with just a few clicks of your mouse.
