Many existing and prospective Wordfast users are asking whether Wordfast Classic is compatible with the latest versions of Windows and Office. Wordfast Classic 6 is compatible with Windows 8 and Word 2013, both 32 and 64 bit versions (the similar Trados Workbench 8, part of Trados 2007 and now no longer supported by SDL, does not work with 64 bit versions of Word).

Time for an update to my MIDI synth! New in this version is the ability to play on the inernal PC speaker even on 64-bit Windows! Also, you can now easily override the volume, expression and instrument for each MIDI channel just by clicking on those parts on the main window, and they can stay locked even if the MIDI file (or live MIDI input) tries to change them. I tried to do fancy editing in this video, so I hope this makes up for the last one.

Computerworld - Mozilla on Friday backtracked from a decision to suspend all work on a 64-bit version of Firefox for Windows, acknowledging that user criticism had changed its mind.

64-bit builds of Firefox were released by Mozilla in conjunction with 32-bit builds for nearly two years for the Windows platform. Mozilla about a month ago announced a change that stopped the creation and development of 64-bit Windows builds of Firefox in favor of concentrating resources on 32-bit builds and other projects.
