genius Eye webcam 312 doesn't working on XP x64

Good day all,

I hope I find a solution for this issue in here, I bought genius Eye webcam 312 days back but I got an issue with it after installing XP x64 driver!

the webcam doesn't working at all I tried to uninstall it and install it again I google the issue many times without any result.

I would be grateful if I got the answer from you guys  :).
